Hey all,
I did some searching on here and it seems as if it does not matter where you get the medical done so long as it is a board certified physician, but I figured I should make sure.
My American wife and I are planning her outland PR application. We have the application filled out with specific attention to proving the legitimacy of our relationship. All we need now is the criminal background check and the medical. She did the background check through the FBI and we have another 1-2 months to wait for that so we are beginning to plan for the medical.
Now, the nearest panel physician to her is in St. Louis, a 5-6 hour drive from her home. Since she will be here in Toronto soon we are wondering if it is permitted for an American doing an outland application to have her medical done in Canada?
thanks for your time,
John
