Hi,
I'm American and My fiancee Canadian lives in Quebec. We want to get married in Quebec and I will stay to live there and apply for PR. I'm going to Canada one week before the wedding.
Am I allowed legally to pass the border if I tell the officer I'm going to get married there?
I know most people say not to mention I'm going to get married. But If it is legal why shouldn't we mention it?
I don't want to take any risk that deny my entry.
Also, If we left Canada for Honeymoon, can I enter again?
Thanks
