Yes in my case Call centre agent send the e-mail to officer about mistake, then after when ever I call agent told me that your request is in process but they did not release the BOWP yet. Also I tried the other ways also case specific enquiry I dont think so this works. but you can did they can respond you.vjack said:HI Cecpet,

Also main thing that I told is that I am going on vacations my tickets are booked. So hopefully this also was the point.
I will advise you to fill the case specific enquiry form and same time try to fix this error with agent also. Tell him you are unable to work your employer not letting you allow to work, that is why you need urgent.
