Amazing: CIC document changed in the last 5 days...for good

Hmmmm, blueray, my thoughts, apart from I've got to get a life? I guess I just go back to Appendix A, VO specific doc which says, "DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS unless otherwise stated". When you go through that checklist the stated ORIGINALS are transcripts in sealed envelopes, letters of reference or employment, IELTS, PCC, Bank Draft, and Photos. That seems pretty clear until.....
you read the next line in Appendix A that says, "Send notarized photocopies of all documents EXCEPT the Police Certificates, which must be ORIGINALS." I could spend the whole evening running after my tail now! So you ask me for my thoughts? I think Canada Immigration should ask a senior in this Forum to review the application documents so that all the confusing instructions can be clarified. Your thoughts?

I went through my country's VO instructions, and there was a line that says:
"If there is a conflict between this guide and any other versions or publications, this document and its instructions take precedence and are to be followed."

I guess this means that we send the originals as stated in our VO instructions.
