please I just got declined yesterday for a my visa application saying my statement of account had not a lot of income and access and secondly I used a statement of account that was since June 11 and I felt that was why so my question is this can my sponsor bear another surname different from my surname because this person is my sisters husband and he brought me here to turkey and Cyprus for school will that be possible using his south African bank statement

Can I use my sisters husband own statement of account which has surname because I used it before but I did not apply on time due to my admission and the statement of account was just until June where it stopped can I use my sister’s husband statement of account because they are actually the one sponsoring me

You can use his statement if he is going to be your sponsor. He would have to write a sponsorship letter, provide copy of his ID, Job Letter, assets and financial statements. It should be enough to cover your living expense, tuition, airfare and his personal expenses. Research the other relevant documents needed based on where you are applying from.
