In that period you can stay back in Canada and apply for your visitors permit it has to come before 90 days gets over. There is no implied status thing when you apply for status restoration.

You cannot get TRV when you have no status in this country, simply do not apply for TRV until you get your work permit Extension, visitors permit or some kind of proper status in this country.


A Visa and a Permit are two different things.

A visa allows one to enter a country whereas a permit allows one to do certain things in a country.



Visitor permit and TRV are the same thing..what are you saying?

Obviously when you don't have status in the country only then you apply for restoration which will be TRV..so how do you say you can't apply when you have no status

BUT a visa and visa permit are the SAME thing..unless you tell me there is some thing called a visitor permit and then Temporary resident visa is a whole another thing

OFCOURSE there isn't that is why the whole convo started based on what someone said before..
