Am I still eligible for STEM occupations or general CEC draw if I have a provincial nomination?

Just wondering if I will only be eligible for PNP draw, or still CEC or STEM draw, whichever happens first? Thanks!

From my understanding, if you are nominated through a provincial nomination program (PNP), you are eligible to get ITA through Express Entry (EE) profile right away because of the addition of 600 points.
On the other hand, to get PR through CEC, you will qualify for it after working for 1 year in Canada.

Both the PNP > PR and CEC > PR approaches can work simultaneously.
