Am I still eligible for CERB?

So I worked 2 jobs before the covid-19 shutdown, one full-time and the 2nd part-time, both temporarily closed due to covid. My full time job reopened back in July but did not hire back most of the workers yet because it's been operating on reduced hours and only management is working. My manager from there told me to just wait till things are back to "normal" (they said hopefully September). Just 2 weeks ago, my part time job was able to reopen again and I was hired back but I'm only working 2 days a week and earning under $500 before taxes. Would I still be able to apply for the last CERB just to make it through September? My full time job is still very uncertain as it's a cafe/restaurant, our dining room remains closed (only takeout/delivery) and most of our customers are office workers that can work from home.

Yes you can. Would start looking for other jobs if your jobs haven’t ask you to return.

I have a Canada PR and also H1B. I currently have job with US company (W-2 employee). I know I can work remotely from Canada in such cases and I have to pay personal income tax to Canada & US separately. However, does my company also need to pay taxes to Canadian Government if I work remotely from Canada for US employers.

No your company does not pay taxes to Canada. Would make sure your company is comfortable with you working from Canada.

There is no tax I’m plications on them if you work in Canada while still being paid in the US on your H1B. Some companies aren’t comfortable with having an H1B worker living and working in Canada because most are using an American address and bank account and then transferring their money to Canada.

If you are planning to try and sponsor your parents you are likely to run into issues.
Can you please tell me what sort of issues

Your taxable income in Canada will be very low. LICO is based on your taxable income in Canada. The whole point is reunifiying families living and paying into Canadian tax system.
