Hello,

I plan to apply for Quebec immigration -skilled worker.

I got my bachelor's degree in mechanic engineering 10 years ago and got an MBA degree (majored in international business) in U.S. 7 years ago. Later I have been working as a project manager in the same company for more than 3 years.

I am learning French now. I am under 35 yrs old, currently residing in China, and married without kids. I speak fluent English and my wife also has a master degree in business management.

But I am confused by the immigration requirements and wonder if I am qualified.

Thanks for your help!

Have a great day! :-*

You definitely are qualified based on education and experience. French is crucial if trying to get selection certificate through Quebec (less complicated route). You can get a free evaluation through this link http://www.form.services.micc.gouv.qc.ca/epi/index.jsp?languageCode=en

hope this helps.

Thanks, Ayinka. But I am not sure about the "area of training". I wonder if I can get any points in that area. This seems to be a critical problem since they just changed the policy yesterday.
