Am I qualified?

Hi all,

I'm planning to apply for a PR in Canada as skilled worker:

• I will have 3 years work experience as Software engineer this December.
• I have an average band of 7.0 for my IELTS.
• I will be 27 next September.

I was wondering whether I am qualified to apply for PR.

Also, if I apply from Australia, how long would it take until my PR is approved?

there is no category u can apply in as a software person. find a job in canada thats the only way for u

Aaah. That's interesting. So there is "programmer" is not in the Canada's NOC list?
