Hey everyone,

I need some advice on whether I have enough proof to proceed with my PR application or if I should wait and gather more evidence. Right now, my main proof of intent to move outside Quebec is a notarized letter where I explain my situation and swear my intent to relocate. Beyond that, I’ve only been to Ontario once, visited the driving center, and did a few rental viewings—but I don’t have much else to show for it.

I’m worried this might not be enough. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Do you think I should go ahead and apply, or am I basically setting myself up for refusal? I’m also considering hitting the "refuse invitation" button to buy time and gather stronger proof, but I’m not sure if that’s a bad idea since there’s no guarantee I’ll get another invitation.

I’m really not at a great point right now, so any insights would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

oups ; I only intended for that to go through once ; I don't know what happened

What Kindf of Proof you are attaching for intent to Move?
just this : my main proof of intent to move outside Quebec is a notarized letter where I explain my situation and swear my intent to relocate. Beyond that, I’ve only been to Ontario once, visited the driving center, and did a few rental viewings—but I don’t have much else to show for it.

You can send this initially but would strongly encourage you to actually move out of Quebec during processing and establish a life in a province other than Quebec. A notarized letter promising to leave is not enough.
