I was adopted then after 2 years got citizenship. Does that make me naturlized citizen and if my children are now born outside Canada are they Canadain? Please advise
Naturalization Related term: Grant of citizenship
The formal process by which a person who is not a Canadian citizen can become a Canadian citizen. The person must usually become a permanent resident first.
Was OP a PR before becoming a citizen? If so, then yes they are "naturalized." Or more precisely, OP became a citizen through a grant of citizenship. However, in regards to how this affects OP's children born outside of Canada, see here:
"Route #2: Regular citizenship grant (naturalization)
Adoptive parents can sponsor their child to immigrate to Canada as a permanent resident. Once the child's permanent residence status is granted, the normal process of applying for citizenship can then be followed:
The child’s parents can apply for the child to become a citizen, or
When the child turns 18, the child can apply on his or her own.
This is called citizenship by naturalization.
People adopted outside Canada who become naturalized citizens can pass citizenship to their children, even if their children are born outside Canada. If they adopt children from outside Canada, those adopted children would be eligible for a grant of citizenship through the direct route."

If your parents applied directly for a grant of citizenship after adopting you, your children born abroad will not be Canadian. If your parents sponsored you for PR and then applied for your citizenship after you became a PR, your children born abroad will be Canadian.
