HI
could u please confirm is my friend has to present his u k police report to local visa office for visit visa as other guys on board r saying "no"
And does his Canadian born wife could help in his visa application she is living with him with 2 kids since 1999.
And their intention is to visit Canada for no more than 1 or 2 months his wife has to sale out her inherited property there .this is very genuine purpose of his wife's visit to her own country she was born there and she wants to accompany with her husband and 2 kids.

Off course he will declare about his conviction if it is necessary to do so for visit visa otherwise he has no intension to work or live there for ever he has huge business in his own country.Regards

Dear All,

My case is similar in the sense that When I was a teenager approaching 18, I go into trouble on the streets in London. I was charged to the youth court for assault with intent to rob. I paid a total of 150pounds and was placed on some anger mgt course for 3 months.

Now I am 22, and I wish to come to Canada to study.

Do I stand a chance and also do I need to declare this conviction?

Please heeeelp.

Nobody here can give you a 100% guarantee, but try searching for 'criminal inadmissibility canada'. There's a line that suggests if you were under 18 they may allow you in.

You could always apply for your police report. It takes about 10 days . It cost 45.00 pounds and you can print the application on line .www.acpo.ploice.uk

No Trace .. You do not have any convictions, cautions, final warnings or reprimands . This will appear if you have a clean record.
