The facts are:
- Wife is PR and lives in Canada
- I am British, am living with wife in Canada. Entered Canada on a ETA.
- Applied for PR (outland application, to allow me to travel outside country if needed)
- Received request for Biometrics today, this asks me to go outside of Canada to undertake the Biometrics
However, there appears to be an exemption to Biometrics, as follows:

Am I right in thinking I can apply for an exemption, based on the fact I am based in Canada already? I guess this is done via IRCC webform?

- a temporary resident visa (TRV)
- a work permit or study permit
- a temporary resident permit
- permanent residence
Am I right in thinking I can apply for an exemption, based on the fact I am based in Canada already? I guess this is done via IRCC webform?
