HELLO
I would like to know if i have all requirment for elligiblity to apply in new program TR TO PR pathway for essential worker B but as i am in implied status of closed work permit and the job and empoloyer used to worked there does not exist anymore because of covid 19 still have any chance to apply in that criteria?

Note: Current employment while under maintained status will be considered as eligible employment under the public policy, provided the applicant continued to work in Canada under the same conditions as their original work permit until a decision was made on their application for a work permit extension.
