Your NOC is 4311 which qualifies as skilled work experience. Assuming you obtain all the required documents, e.g. police certificate, WES assessment, IELTS, employment reference letter, etc. and assuming you score sufficient points for the FSW program, you can enter the Express Entry program. Your CRS will need to be sufficiently high (typically >440) in order to receive an invitation to apply for PR.
You use the NOC system to classify work experience. It does not relate to educational experience in any way. So in your case, you will get an educational assessment done by WES for your BTech, claim work experience under NOC-4311 and have your employer produce a work experience letter that follows these criteria.
Reference letter should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company). It should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits
And if the experience of a police officer i need to produce...then it's going to be really tough for me ...as I'm afraid, if i inform in ministry I'm applying for PR& needed PCC & reference letter they might not provide or i may loose my job
