My Ielts scores are:

Speaking: 6.5
Writing: 6.0
Reading: 7.0
Listening: 5.5

Overall: 6.5

With the above mentioned score am I eligible to apply in Express entry for Canadian immigration?

You need 6 plus in all and if possible a 7 in reading, writing, speaking and 8 in listening. That would improve your score a lot.
