Am I eligible???

My Ielts scores are:

Speaking: 6.5
Writing: 6.0
Reading: 7.0
Listening: 5.5

Overall: 6.5

With the above mentioned score am I eligible to apply in Express entry for canadian immigration????

Bro,

You should get a minimum of 6 on each band. My advice, book the next available test and practice hard (if you're serious about going to Canada).
