I am Canadian citizen with 2 little kids ( Canadian citizen as well. ).
I am divorced and no work, no income outside Canada ...

Am I eligible to apply to Canada to receive any income for me or my kids?

if yes... who should contact ?

really appreciate.
because I live with my family and they do not allow me to work !! so I do not have any income........!

Don't think you are actually asking about income that you make but you're asking about various tax benefits or social support programs. The answer is no you are required to live in Canada. The money that is given is to offset the high costs of living in Canada.
