Am I Eligible to immigrate in Canada?

Currently I am living in Sydney, but I would like to immigrate in Canada if I am eligible. I will be very glad if you guys help me out to give a suggestions what should I do.

My Present Profile is:

Age: 27 years

Education:
1) Diploma of Leadership & Management From Strathfield College, April, 2017 (1year)
2) Masters of Engineering (Electrical) From Western Sydney University, December, 2015.( 1year)
3) Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, April, 2012. (4years)

Job Experience:
1) Assistant Engineer, Auric Group, Dhaka, Bangladesh, [from May, 2012 to July, 2012]
2) Solar Technical Engineer, Shurjomukhi Limited. [from August 2012 to September 2013]

IELTS: (General Training)
L: 7, R: 6.5, W: 6 & S: 7

Finally, I will be very pleased if someone suggest me, what initiatives I should need to take now to immigrate in Canada.

you are eligible to apply but with these credentials your crs score will be low. Try improving your ielts to clb 9 which is 8777(LWRS) and ur score will jump to 430 plus which in the current scenario will fetch u an ITA

As per your provided information your profile will be considered ineligible. Your points will be 63 in the Eligibility Test and you need at least 67 points before applying for EE.

If you achieve CLB9 in each of the IELTS component then your score will rise to 68.
