Am i eligible to apply under CEC

Hi, I am from India and i worked in canada during 2005 and 2006 about one year with valid work permit. also i have completed my medicals in toronto. In 2006 i went back to india and then again i moved into Saudi Arabia with my family in 2007. Until now i am staying in Saudi Arabia only. Now i want to apply for immigiration to canada under CEC. When i go through CIC.GC.CA i am not getting the proper reply. Please guide me whether i am eligible to apply for immigiration under CEC or not.

It clearly mentions in second point that
have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply,

I am sorry but I think the conditions for a CEC application are pretty clear. As stated on CIC website:
Have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply
You obviously don't conform this requirement.

I second that...Your option is FSW class not CEC.
