Hello
I have 4 years of experience in India NOC A and B category (1 year-6221 B) (3 years-1123 A)

In Canada
I have 9 months experience as of now ( NOC 2171 A)

Now i am planning to take a job in insurance, But i got offers only with commission ,no base pay
So If i take the job with commission which falls under NOC A (1114) am i still eligible for CEC or i need to have only job with base pay

I havent created my express entry profile still, planning to create soon

Please answer me, Thanks in advance

Ah, well - good question. IRCC recognizes "commission" as a valid form of remuneration (along with salary and hourly wages).

HOWEVER - a lot of commission-based insurance jobs are as "independent contractors" - i.e self-employed, and self-employment is specifically excluded.

You would have to carefully determine whether you are an employee or an independent contractor.
