I have applied for canadian immigration in 2007 islamabad Pakistan ...just waiting for my case!!!

but i am thinking to apply for student visa in canada...for that reason , am i eligible to apply for student visa from canadian embassy becuase i have already applied for permannet resident for canada...

i am worried about student visa in canada becuase some one told me that u can not applying for student visa becuase u r applicant of canadian immigration .

please guide and comments with proof and tell me real examples ...really i m so thankfull

that you have applied for immigration earlier, doesnt stop you from wanting to be a student and applying for a student permit.
i think there is a question in the form which asks if you have applied earlier to Canada. there, you must state 'yes'.

go ahead for student visa because immigration may be take too long due to international economy recession
its better option of student visa
 
Ya u should go ahead. My case is same .... i applied for student visa n i got it.
Just mention in application form that u had applied for PR....be honest.

Its called DUAL INTENT guys. Your application for Permanent does not preclude you from applying for Temporary but the tricky thing is to prove that you will come back if you do not get your immigration. You can do that by going on student visa alone instead of with any spouse/child if you have any. Basically you need to prove that you have ties to your existing country.
