Me and my family would like to apply for Canadian visa and even if possible for immigration. The reason is we don't feel safe. Our basic right which is the freedom is being threatened by the Turkish government.
Because of the current grudges displayed by Turkish Government against the Hizmet Movement, our lives are in danger. Our peaceful community (Hizmet Movement) has been accused of the attempted coup in Turkey which we have nothing to do with. There is a great deal of injustice occurring in Turkey. Most of our community members are imprisoned unjustly even without any evidence of their involvement in any criminal actions.
100,132 employees have been purged from their positions, 42,493 have been detained, 2,099 schools, dormitories and universities have been shut down, 3,465 judges have been dismissed, 117 journalists have been arrested since July 15, 2016.
