Am I eligible for skilled Federal Skilled Worker Visa for next year?

1. I am 30 years old
2. I have Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and I have close 8 years of experience.
3. I am married and my wife holds the same kind of degree and same level of experience.
4. I am going to do the IELTS next month hoping that I could score over 6


Am I eligible to apply? But I am industry is IT.
