hi I have cleared may Ilets with overall 7 Bands and

6.5 Speaking
6.5 REading
7.5 Writting
7 Listening

And I have 4 years of Exp in IT as a software Engineer (Not in Management)..

I Know i am not eligible for PR .BUt if i complete one year of Course for HUmber or something .Will I be Eligible after that?.

What all other ways I can get PR as soon as possible

If you qualify for the skilled worker program with 67 points but you need a category to apply under (not in the list of 38 and no job offer), if you go to Canada for a year on a student visa or work visa, you would be able to apply under category 3 after 1 year.

Catagory three?I didnt get it..

Ok i will be applying for 1 ear post graduate Diploma at HUMBER college

There are three categories under Federal Skilled worker Program
1- FSW1 - For people who have experience in the 38 ministerial list of designations.
2. FSW2 - For People who have AEO-Arranged employment offer from Canadian Employer in Canada.
3. FSW3- For international students spent at least 1 year in Canada or Workers on work permit who have spent 1 year or more in Canada.

Just go to canada for 1 years study permit, it will be easy to get PR for you later

I suggest you, better you try to find job for manager level in india. Work here for 1 year as Computer and Information and System Manager, and apply later for PR.

What is your degree title? Is it BE/Btech or BSc/BCA in computer science?

You have already 4 years of experience, can u claim you have performed duties of computer manager for at least 1 year? If you can do, It will be easy for you...
