Am I eligible for express entry

I need some help.
I live in india
1:- I have 10 years paid working experience
2:- I am a Commerce Graduate(3Years). Is 3 years bachelor degree accepted
3:- My Ielts Test Date is on 28Jan2015.my result will come after 15 days. So i should apply for Express Entry System 2015 on opening on jan 2015 or i should wait for my result.
4:- me and my wife never worked in canada.
5:- Other ways to get job permit in canada.
6:- What are authorised Representative charges for filling application
7:- Any good representative for me.

3:- My Ielts Test Date is on 28Jan2015.my result will come after 15 days. So i should apply for Express Entry System 2015 on opening on jan 2015 or i should wait for my result. You can not create a profile without uploading IELTS & WCA assessment reports.
4:- me and my wife never worked in canada.
5:- Other ways to get job permit in canada. Good luck.
6:- What are authorised Representative charges for filling application. Don't go for one. If you spend enough time to care, it's not that complicated.
7:- Any good representative for me.

I guess every applicant in FSW EE must have LMIA approved job offer in canada.....so first have to register with job bank and update resume to get job offer
