Am i eligible for doing masters program in university

i have completed MCA(master of computer application) and now thinking to do another one from canadian university.but one guy in the agency told me that i am not eligible because i have only 65 percenatage in MCA and BCA.guys really need your help,what is the requirements(both academic and ielts) for applying in university?
10th=70%
12th=75%
BCA(degree)=65%
MCA=65%

each and every university has it's own set of requirements. there is no way to find out all the information at one stop. you have to read information available on the websites of all the universities. if anything is not clear to you then contact the Graduate Studies office of the universities via email or call. to begin with.. google the list of universities in Canada... then start checking out their websites one by one for the programs available and get the information through it.

My brother finished his Bachelor in Arts in 2006 and then one year diploma in Computer hardware and networking in 2008. after that he got a job in a company in sales. But in Aug. 2010 he had an accident, and he got serious injury in his spinal cord. He got paralyzed, doctors said he will never recover but with his strong will power and family support, he started walking in Jan. 2011 slowly with the help. he stayed home until 2012 and become self dependent. Now he started work with small shops on computer, but with his study he can not get very good job in India, so he wants to do study now.I am his sister and i want him to do his study here in Canada.
Please suggest some good diploma or courses. Is he eligible to apply with this medical condition and age of 30. He has 3 rods in his leg.

i am extremely sorry to hear that,but any how he is ok now??thank god..actualy i am from kerala (india) and searching for a course in the filed of computer programing.i think there is a good networking courses in centennial college.just check their website.not sure about the age..
