Hi please guide me..
I have done my IELTS and scores are
Listening: 6.5
Reading:6.0
Writing: 6.5
Speaking: 6
Overall: 6.5

and I have 9 years of work experience with Masters degree and I am 33 years old. My Spouse not well educated.
Am I eligible for applying VISA? or PR? kindly help.

Your IELTS score is eligible for FSW - you'd get 17 points.

You should look through the requirements of FSW to see if you are eligible

For age: 12 points
Master’s degree: 23 points (Masters and Bachelor should be full time)
Experience: 15 points
IELTS: 17 points

Glad to hear that i am eligible. any idea what is the cost of PR in INR? and what are the chnaces of getting it? is it something like a lucky draw as like as US H1B?

It all depends if your occupation is filled up or not - the cost will include application fee, medicals fee (pay to the doctors), and a final RPRF fee. Total should be over $1000 Canadian dollars for yourself only - if you have dependants (wife and kids), you'll have to pay more for their application fees, medical fees, and RPRF fees.

$1CAD = Around 54 Rupees

Express entry (starting January) is not a lucky draw. It ranks applicants based on their profile (job/occupation, language, etc) and give priority to those they think who will benefit Canadian economy the most. This is of course assuming you are not gonna make it into the current system since there is only 1 month left.
