Am i eligible for a PR

Hi All,

I hope your day going well,

I'm planning on migrating to Canada in the near future. I want to know if i am eligible to apply for a PR in Canada.

I am currently working as an IT Administrator in a retail company here in the middle east for 4 years. I have a 4 Years Diploma in Software Engineering (Not IT Degree) from Aptech Computer Education plus i also have an IT Certificates from Oracle, Microsoft and AXELOS

I am aware that i need to have my education credential assessed by World Education Services.

My main question is, will WES recognize my education/diploma to be able to apply for a skilled visa program?

Hi Luap,

Have you applied for Canada yet? If yes, how many points they considered Aptech's diploma which is I guess HDSE?

The certifications will likely not be accepted as anything. Use this tool to see if WES lists the school the diploma was issued through. https://applications.wes.org/ca/degree-equivalency-tool/poe.asp
