Am I eligible 5.0 band in IELTS speaking ? overall 6.0 band score.

I am Jaydeep from Gujarat, India.

My IELTS result announced yesterday. I got overall 6.0 band score in academic.

LISTENING : 7.0
WRITING : 6.0
READING : 6.0
SPEAKING : 5.0

Canadian college requirement for my course is 6.0 band score with no less than 5.5 individual.

I would like to apply for January-14 intake. Please let me know that am I eligible for that with such score in speaking ?
Or any additional ENGLISH language subject with my course can help me to get visa ?
Or any alternatives ?

Please guide me in such matter.

You need not less than 5.5 in each module. But there are many people who got visa's in this situation. So if you want to give it a go you can otherwise sit in Ielts test again.

btw let me clear one more thing to you.

I appeared two times for IELTS

on 21th JUN 2013
L 6.0, R 6.5, W 5.0, S 6.0 overall 6.0

and on 22 SEP 2013
L 7.0 R 6.0 W 6.0 S 5.0 overall 6.0

I unable to meet SPP requirements of 5.5 band in each module. But some one told me that there is no problem to apply under SPP as I got 5.0 band in different module second time.
