Hello everybody! So im kind of cofused now should i send proof of Citizenship or no!

So my dad was born in Canada and at the time his both parents were also Canadian citizens! Put they moved to Usa and at the time they had to give away Canadian citizenship to get Us citizenship. I was born outside of Canada and while i was born i think my Dad was only Us citizen!

Am i Canadian citizen anyway? Please help

There's a couple factors here, but generally when you take the oath of allegiance when naturalizing as a US citizen, Canada does not recognize that as renouncing the Canadian citizenship. Try the Am I a Canadian Citizen? tool.

If your father actually went through the formal steps to renounce your citizenship before your birth, then you wouldn't be a Canadian citizen, but it's very rare for people to formally do so.

Yes, you are probably a Canadian citizen, unless your father formally renounced his Canadian citizenship before you were born to Canadian officials following the official procedures for doing so.

To be clear: there's about a 99.9% chance that you are a Canadian citizen, .1% chance that your father renounced his citizenship to Canadian authorities. As nyguy2 pointed out, the fact that your father and/or grandparents renounced his/their Canadian citizenship as part of the U.S. naturalization process does not (now) prevent you from having inherited Canadian citizenship.

If you want proof of your Canadian citizenship, look here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof-how.asp
