Alternatives to work experience proof letter

Hey guys,

I have been working for 4 years. All of my work experiences are in foreigner countries. I have contacted my previous employers for the reference letters and they refused to give. I have my contracts, offer letters, payslips, work visas on my passport, the rejected email from HR that refusing to give me the reference letter and ex-colleagues who are willing to write me the reference letter WITHOUT company letterhead.

Is this going to be enough to prove my work experience?
