Alternatives to reference letter

Hi All
I am having a CRS of 468,expecting ITA and in process of organizing my documents.
I am having all my documents but my employer has refused to issue me a reference letter, but I am having all other documents to prove my employment like-:
1. Joining letter
3. Pay stubs for entire tenure
3. Increment letters
4. Relieving letter
5. Experience letter
6. Bank statement of my salary account

will all the above mentioned documents suffice or I will have to arrange for some other documents.

It might suffice if you have a document stating your duties/responsibilities.

Unfortunately none of the documents show my roles

I was in the same situation and with the same CRS of 468.
I got my manager on job to confirm my roles and duties on paper and attached his visiting card as well.

I have received ITA in Dec 2018 and awaiting my application clearances from IRCC

Get an affidavit from your manager/supervisor or if they refuse, from your colleague. It is required to provide riler and responsibilities without fail.

It is nearly impossible to get it from my manager or colleague but the client where I was posted is ready to provide it to me on their official letter head and the client is a government bank ie SBI, will it work if I add it with my other documents?

I am not sure if reference from client counts. There should be someone in your organization who can vouch for your role & resp. Any friend in same organization?
