Dear Samaritans,
I have my Birth Certificate at home in India and would be visiting in Feb 2015.
I want to send my documents before Dec 2014.
Is it ok, if instead of Birth Certificate, I submit a letter stating that I am unable to send my Birth Certificate as it is not with me right now. But I can send/present to the authorities once i collect it when i visit India?
