My friend have applied for EE. He had altered information of employment duration in one of job reference letter. Eventhough he refused because CEC category needs 1 year experience in last three years and he had 10 month. Now he want to apply for EE skilled workers category. But now he want to use the original job reference letter which he altered. CIC did not verified with employer. Can he apply new application with original job reference letter? Do they open old file? Do they consider misrepresentation now? Or better to keep same letter as earlier application?

I mean he has not done anything intensefully but it was his Canadian employer typing error which he never noticed even and applied. But now he noticed and employer even dont know yet. Please guys give some good advice. Thanks.

I have actually canadian and Australia residency .but I have started consulatancy and i never get any case like this. And i am working on my friend file.
