Already have PR Card under FSW want to settle in Quebec

Hi Everyone,

I have a unique query . I just got PR in Sep 2015 under FSW ( before express entry). I have completed my formalities and got PR cards. Please advise if I can settle in Quebec as my some relatives live there.

This is very Imp to me and I want to work and live in Montreal only.

Please advise . It will be very helpful.

Yes you can move to quebec but its difficult to survive without french hope that you are proficient in that.
