Already employed online by international company?

I'm interested in moving to Nova Scotia, and I already have a full time job with a big international employer that is fine with me working in Canada.

How do I indicate on the express entry forms that I'll be keeping my existing job? Is there a way to provide this information online? Or is there someone I can contact after I submit my application to indicate that I'll already have employment?

Thanks.

You immigrate based on your CRS points through EE or if you are nominated by Nova Scotia. A job outside Canada that you can do remotely in NS has no bearing.

The job is irrelevant. You don't indicate this anywhere.

Thank you. That's surprising that the job has no bearing.

Would it be better to apply through a different avenue than the express entry?

The job will be irrelevant regardless of how you apply.

Only a job with an employer in Canada would have relevance and give you benefits / points.

Not surprising at all unless you have a job offer and LMIA with a Canadian employer. Most applicants have jobs that can be done remotely. Your profile is based on your eligibility for EE and CRS score - age, education, language and skilled work experience. If you have enough CRS points and are invited to immigrate, you can work remotely in Canada.
