Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello there, I'm planning to apply for a TRV to visit my 2 brothers (one brother will sponsor me) and parents in Canada, just have few questions:

1. Is it advisable to apply alone or with my wife and son for better chance of approval (family ties on country of residence issue)? I read some post in this forum and got conflicting opinions.
2. a month visit OK or better to reduce it to 3 or 2 weeks?
3. If I plan to visit come July 2015, is it OK to submit by maybe October or November this year?
4. Will my previous FSW application hurt my chances?

Here are some of my info:

1. One my brother will invite me to visit. He is a Canadian Citizen already. Went there last 1999. He married there and have 2 kids. They have their own house and lot in Toronto where my parents also resides. My youngest brother already moved to Vancouver.
2. My youngest brother and parents went there last 2004 sponsored by my brother. They are also Canadian Citizens.
3. I have a wife and one son living here in the Philippines.
4. Have a stable job here.
5. Applied for FSW Program last Nov. 2011 but denied due to NOC job description does not meet requirement. Did not re-apply. Will mention this in my TRV application.
6. Have travel history Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia and Milan Italy, but all are training and seminars.
7. Can provide bank statement, employment certificate, leave from employer, invitation letter, cover letter, birth certificates.
8. Have no lot property under my name. Living in an ancestral house owned by mother. Have business handled by wife. Newly purchased a brand new car (will include docs in application).
9. Planning to visit June or July 2015 (summer).

Hope for advise and comments. Thanks in advance. ;D

1. Higher chances of approval if you visit without your family. Leaving your family in your home country shows you have strong family ties to your country of residency.
2. A months should be fine.
3. Yes.
4. Yes it might since it demonstrates that at some point you were interested in immigrating to Canada (i.e. remaining in Canada long term).
