Almost doomed... please help

Hi Everyone,

I'm one the the selected applicant in BC PNP under semi skill at late March. Recently I got an email from PNP case review officer and he asked for the ECA and the deadline is 20th this month. I applied through ICAS at early January today and ICAS replied me that they might complete assessment in early September this year. So, that means I will go past deadline and my work permit would have expire by then.

On the other hand, my boss applied for LMIA earlier for me and declined due some missing info. Can he reapply? Looks like almost everything is falling apart badly.

Can anyone please tell me what I should do?

Yes - your boss can certainly reapply for the LMIA.

You can apply for a work permit only with the specific employer.
I had same situation and I applied for Extention of open work permit.
CIC called me and asked me to submit a form for employer specific work permit and they gave me 2 years of work permit for specific employer.
You can either ask your employer to do LMIA again or you can apply for Employer-Specific work permit

Will email be considered as official documents in my case? The PNP office just sent email to me and my boss so far.
