Hi,

Just now I called CIC to request some information. Agent said my file is transferred to NDVO and NDVO is responsible for changes. I was expecting Warsaw or Colombo but now files are back to NDVO .

I ve received A OR from Warsaw VO instead of NDVO on 25th Feb, as per CIC they're one of the slowest VO

Do not worry about CIC processing times for Visa Offices. I am from Morocco and it was showing that maximum waiting time is 3 months. PER date is 08.01.2015 and still no update!!!!

You must have provided settlement fund proof during your initial submission and you continue with that account only. As long as you can arranged required amount from different account should not be problem..

Also hope that you have not zero down your account since application, I was advised to keep at least 50 % money in that account.

I did not know about it, since I had submitted the arranged employment documents but later I came to know that I was on Post graduate work visa and needed LMO for the acceptance of arranged employment.

My visa office is Colombo. I have heard that Colombo processes application quickly than Warsaw or Delhi. Is that correct ??

I have received per on 17th DEC and aor on 28th Jan. After that I have not received anything, neither mr nor second line update
Really tensed now.
Is there anyone with the same situation?

Dear Members,

My application for NOC 1114 was received at NS on 30th Oct and DD encashed on 9th Jan. After I sent my application, I realised that the NOC I selected did not list duties and my application could be rejected if the officer did not see 80% of the duties as listed under the NOC (As I had read here). I made another application for NOC 0121 as HSRDC confirmed according to my performed duties. This application was received on 23rd Dec and DD encashed on 26th Feb. Now till yesterday I did not get any intimation for any of my applications. I called CIC couple of times and they confirmed application was not returned and I should patiently wait.

Today I called the office in the early hours just when they open and I did not have to wait to speak to an agent. Instead of telling them the whole story abt DD getting encashed and no PER, I only asked to know abt the status of my application saying it was received in Oct and its been so many weeks. The officer asked few security questions and said the same thing like everytime but this time gave me the UCI. In a few hrs , I checked my mail and I see that I have PER for both my applications.

So stay positive and keep yourself ready....If there is anyone here who did not receive PER ...It might just be on its way!
