Hi i am new here! I passed my application oct 20. I just realized I passed my employment certificate without our medical director's signature, but with the company's seal. Do you think this will cost my application to be returned to me? I really hope that if it happens, the quota limit for 3012 is not yet full.

Letters must be:
• written on company letterhead,
• signed by the responsible officer/supervisor,
• show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
• stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable)

Send an addendum with with signed ref letter.

As far as I know, a property won't be accepted as a proof of funds. CIO accepts only unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency available for settlement in Canada.. this is clearly stated in the document checklist.

No news buddy, but most likely CIO has started the completness check for our applications and CC charging is very likely to be initiated before the end of this year. Anyway, It is nearly impossible to receive PERs before the end of January or in Feburary 2015!

Dear all,

My application is received by CIO at 21st of october. Generic form i submitted was updated at 6/2014 and document checklist was updated at 8/2014. Now ive seen that both these forms are updated afterwards. Should I be worried specially in case of document checklist. I am not sure, but I really think that the forms I used were the latest updated forms when I submitted my application.

Mate, you can get your UCI number from your previous visa to Canada, if you have it.

At your passport you can find your UCI number if you've been to Canada previously.

I'm sorry to say but there have been applications returned for August 19th due to cap fool... so no chance for October.
