Bro Don't Worry. Oct 20 has just started to get the ECAS updated and PER started to pool. You will get soon within a day or two..

Hi all - application received on Oct 2, 2014, and PER received last week; NOC 1111 - my question is when applicants get their visas stamped (fingers crossed) how much time time do they give you for initial landing at Canada? and what cities are you all planning to go to? i keep reading about the best cities for new immigrantsl everything says that Edmonton and Calgary, AB are the best option, what are your views? ;D ;D ;D

Dear you can Land anytime and Anywhere within 1 year of Visa issue date or Medical Receiving Date. It's upto you where you opt for settling. You should search out as much as possible of the City where you want to settle. This will help you. Research as much as possible.

Bro You have to reach 20 Post before some options. But while you can go to your Profile on top right and edit details and then save..

Any one received PER who's received date is more than October 10th for 2172 ????

My timelines are below, Awaiting for PER mail

NOC : 2172
Received date: 15th October 2014
DD Charged: 22nd December 2014

Also can anyone please clear my below doubt?
I have applied under 2172 as I'm an DWBI developer, but I have degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECA: Equivalence to Canadian 4 year degree) Said this, I need to know if my degree and my work should be in sync? I mean I should be an Engineer in Computer science to apply under 2172 NOC???

Hi,

I'm an October 14th applicant under 2172, I was charged on December 18th and received PER on January 18th. I have a friend who is also 2172 from October 16th and he has already received his PER as well.

If you check the NOC description for 2172 it states that:

"A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science or in mathematics
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required."
