Thanks you. October is coming to end. However, there seems to be no weekly updates on the quota caps since October 3rd.Wonder what's going on. My application was received by the CIC on October 2nd.

I used UPS and confirm that UPS updates the name of the person collecting. Based on spreadsheet majority of users have received this info using different courier company.

Sure. I've tried both of them and they provide the receiver's signature as well.
