Hi guys, somehow I have two UCI IDs, I was submitting requested documents and other update in the old UCI and NDVO was referring to the new UCI which was generated at the time of my medical.

what to do next? Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Highly unlikely that it's two UCIs. The sponsor and the principle applicant have separate UCIs, so you're likely mixing the two.

They requested additional documents from my wife in August 2019 by IRCC but NDVO. Sorry I don’t feel comfortable sharing what exact documents they asked for.
