The last I read was 31st Dec. Post that they haven't issued anything.

Standard timeline of one year. Applied for spousal visa in June 2019, timeline doesn't matter at all it seems.

Yes medical and biometric was done in October 2019. No pre-arrival letter or any other update since the application been moved to NDVO from Sydney, Canada.
