Don't worry they will extend Meds for 6 more months by themselves I think if its just about to expire OR if really expired then will send re-medical. Keep us informed plz
Find your local MP from Google and call them.
Ask for the procedure to get updates from IRCC.
They will send you two forms (one for your consent and one for your query), send them back with required sign.
Thats it
He will do the rest.
I have received sponsor approval through mail. It says file transferred to New Delhi Vo.No update on gc key or ecas. Received medical request by email. It was updated on gckey. 25 August 2020 outland. Medical cleared after week. Biometrics already in system. What to expect next

Can u please tell what steps it took for you to get visitor visa.
I had applied on Nov 14 ,2020, got Medical Request on 6th Jan which I completed on 8th Jan...it was updated as Medical passed on 16th Jan, no update after that...
Is there any other step/update after this or direct visa approval? N how much time it took for that.?

I am also a 2019 application for Permanent Resident under Family Class - Spouse (Applicant outside Canada) whose file has been sitting in the New Delhi Visa Office Since Dec 23, 2019.

* I have submitted medical examination done for the Visitor Visa (on Jan 7, 2021) for the re-medical request received on the PR file.
I have applied a visitor visa for my wife which got approved and I am hoping to bring her here (Canada) once she receives her passport stamped with the visitor visa. I would like to know how long does it take for a Passport Request letter after receiving a pre-arrival letter? And once my wife is here in Canada and she receives a Passport request for her PR application, what are the steps for passport submission from within Canada and steps for the Permanent Resident Landing for Outland Application from within Canada?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

1. Many people here in the forum, including me, have received pre-arrival in the November 2020, it’s almost 2 months no PPR. So, nobody exactly knows what NDVO is currently doing.
2. Once your wife receives the letter to submit passport for PR, and if she is in Canada, than you can submit the passport in Ottawa (I think), and they will stamp it and give you details about landing! Also, I believe that you have to update her address with IRCC once she is Canada.

Hi I got my pre-arrival back in July 2020. Re-medical done on 14 jan 2021, what could be next ?
I guess most of 2019 applicants got pre-arrival, i got in nov 2020
Nobody knows when they will process the applications. I believe next step will be PPR from what i see from tracking applications

I just filled the required forms and documentation required for the visitor visa application and then I sent an email to the Immigration as per their process.
I applied on Nov 4, 2020, did medical exam on Jan 7, 2021 and at the moment, I am waiting to receive the passport which was dispatched yesterday.
