Why there is no any update from NDVO since last week ? NDVO is very silent now!!! when they will start giving update to all of us? when? it's headache & frustration for all of us. My application date will be 12 month this Saturday 28 NOV 2020. I wish and request to Santa bring some good news Before Christmas.

I can understand. Same here, though I'm Jan 8th applicant, this wait is so frustrating. I thought they picked up speed in processing this month by seeing updates for a couple of December applicants, but now it looks like they have gone back to their earlier speed.
Yes they gone back earlier speed & just relax with their love one. But they don't care about our feeling, loneliness and heart beating without our spouse.

It will NEVER happen; as per my past experience here PRE-APPROVAL is ONLY given when they click OK (fully satisfied) ICON on their system. BUT in some rare cases BG checks or CRIMs may delay the PPR.
I doubt they will roll new PPR this weekend because the people who got PPR on Nov 21 didn't even get their passport pick up scheduled. Not even a single reply from VFS. They probably have a massive backlog or lesser workforce. God knows what they are doing, no help from them at all. Called them, emailed them and tweeted but no help. So i think they might not issue new ppr but hoping they do it because its just a relief for everyone waiting for it for so long
Hope they will give something today. it's Friday. I guess coming Monday NDVO office time hours might be differ.
Actually they won’t bother on the VFS ability. Because each department has thier target to achieve hence IRCC will issue PPR , get done with the file and put the ball in VFS courts to collect and deliver the PP. So don’t loose hope . It’s been observed that most of DM and PPR are issued over month ends or weekends so keep the hopes high for some movement today/tomorrow
