my application on pr side changed from received to in process November 19 2020
however the second line date has not changed to November 19 2020
it still says we started processing application on February 06 2020
is this normal?

Yes! Nothing to worry. Same is the case for me.

Yes expect Pre-arrival next then decision made and passport request after that. Good luck!

Its not normal, you should get line #2 In Process.
