we got decision made and PPR on Nov 5th and sent our passport to CPC-Ottawa as required.
But our passport returned today without COPR.
letter attached says " a visa office will contact you with information on confirming your status as a permanent resident. We want to assure you that this does not affect the decision of your application"

has anyone received same letter? what is the next step?

I am also currently residing in Canada and will need to do the same once I receive PPR. Please let me know once you know more!

You click your name on top right of the webpage and then you will find 'signature' under the drop down menu. You can edit your signature there. Hope this helps.
